From North of Caldwell travel South on I-84 to the 10th Ave. off ramp in Caldwell.

Turn right onto 10th Ave. and continue through the Fairview Golf Course.

Just beyond West Valley Medical Center turn right (west) on Elm, past the West Valley parking, to Ellis Ave. and turn Left.

You can park immediately in front of our office.
